REWARDS program
Can my family collect AIR MILES REWARD MILES for my Account?
Yes! There's no limit to the number of Collectors per household. Just ask us
for supplementary Collector Cards for other members of your household.
Supplementary cards are $5.00 each. To place additional authorized signatories
on the account mail a letter, or use the form on the back of your Summary
Statement, signed by the primary collector listing the name of who is
authorized access to the account.

Can I use my travel miles to book a flight for a
family or friend?
Yes! However, for security reasons, redemption's must be made by and mailed to
the primary cardholder or the supplemental cardholder who is authorized prior
to making a booking. Can I transfer my travel miles to someone else? No, you
are the only person who can redeem your travel miles. How are bonus miles
credited to my account? The bonus travel miles you earn are automatically
credited to your account. I.E. bonus travel miles will be credited to your
account just before summary mailings. Bonus travel miles are not credited at
the time of purchase, nor when regular offers are credited to the AIR MILES
database.
Air Redemption's
Must I have 1,500 travel miles in my Collector Account to be able to cut the
travel miles I need in half if I collect at 5 Sponsors? No. All you need to do
is collect at 5 Sponsors to cut in half the travel miles you need for selected
destinations of 1,500 travel miles or more. Does the 1/2 and 1/3 discount for
travel miles apply to any flight and any airline? This reward option applies to
selected routes offered by selected Canadian-operated carriers for flights that
are 1500 round-trip air distance miles or more. Space is subject to
availability. This does not apply to American Airlines, US Airways and United
Airlines as part of the AIR MILES Program. Which Sponsors qualify for the 1/2
and 1/3 discount? We have a wide range of Sponsors within the AIR MILES
Program.Please refer to your AIR MILES Sponsor Program Guide or Sponsor
Directory. Multiple transactions with one Sponsor will be counted as one
Sponsor. Are there any booking restrictions for free* flights? Yes, booking
conditions apply. You must book at least 15 days in advance, stay over one
Saturday night and travel round-trip. No changes or refunds are permitted once
ticketed. You are responsible for taxes. Refer to your Program Guide for more
details or call the AIR MILES ServiceCentre.
Hotel/Car Redemption's
What free* hotels are offered for AIR MILES travel miles? A wide selection of
hotels across Canada are offered by Canadian Pacific Hotels and Howard Johnson
Hotels. You are responsible for any taxes. What free* car rentals are offered
for AIR MILES travel miles? A wide selection of participating locations across
Canada are offered by National Tilden International and Alamo in the U.S. You
are responsible for any taxes, insurance and extra kilometer charges.
Greyhound Bus Redemption's
Do I book my bus reservations through the AIR MILES ServiceCentre? You call the
AIR MILES Service Center to redeem for the Greyhound Voucher which entitles you
to a 40% discount on regular priced adult tickets. You call Greyhound Lines of
Canada Ltd. for up-to-date fare and schedule information and to purchase your
bus ticket. You will need to remit the Greyhound Voucher to Greyhound Lines of
Canada Ltd.
